Ways to have our Turmeric Latte Mix

Our golden milk turmeric recipe has been specially crafted to ensure you not only have the finest organic ingredients, but that you receive the most benefit from them and their natural flavours. An Ancient Recipe

First of all, it is important to recognise that golden milk is strongly rooted in Ayurveda history. It is a simple recipe that dates back thousands of years and has been used holistically to boost the body’s healing power. Therefore it was important for us to not lose the principles of golden milk and with this in mind we set out to create a product with a focus on health, happiness and simplicity.

Learning From History

Typically traditional golden milk contains turmeric, almond oil, honey and milk. One of the first things we decided to do was to make the golden milk more accessible to everyone by moving away from dairy milk, allowing those who are lactose intolerant or vegan to enjoy the benefits of the drink. In fact, we are proud to offer an entirely vegan product range with an emphasis on high quality and natural ingredients.

Furthermore our products don’t contain any additives, preservatives or unnecessary sweeteners.

How to Make our Mix

Introducing turmeric into your diet couldn’t be any easier with our Turmeric Latte mix. Here are several different ways you can enjoy it!

Hot Latte Mix


200ml coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Latte mix

1 teaspoon raw honey.

Add all ingredients to a pan, heat to the desired temperature and serve with sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Iced Latte Mix


200ml coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Latte mix

1 teaspoon raw honey

Add the turmeric latte mix and honey to a little warm water or milk and mix until dissolved. Then it’s as simple as pouring the milk over ice, pouring the mixture on top and stirring a little. Enjoy with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Turmeric Tonic


1 apple,

3 large carrots,

1/4 lemon,

1cm ginger & 2 mint leaves

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Latte mix

Ideal if you’re after a health kick! Juice all the ingredients, stir in the Turmeric Latte mix and serve with mint leaves.
